We currently offer shipping to: Australia, New Zealand, United States, Canada & United Kingdom. 

If you are outside of these countries please do reach out with the item/s you would like along with your address and we will quote shipping for you :) Contact: hello@veritythelabel.com.au 

We dispatch Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Correct Shipping Price will be calculated at checkout and is dependant on package weight and the country it is being shipped to, for general pricing details see below:

• AU Standard Shipping starts from $10 for under 1kg
• AU Express Shipping starts from $15 for under 1kg / $25 for 1kg and over
• AUSTRALIAN ORDERS OVER $200 AUTOMATICALLY HAVE FREE AU STANDARD SHIPPING

DAMAGED ITEM

On the off chance that an item is damaged or incorrect, rest assure we will rectify this and re-send out at our cost.
Please do contact Verity The Label within 3 days of delivery at hello@veritythelabel.com.au and include pictures for reference. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel orders as we often send straight into production as all products are made-to-order.

INCORRECT ADDRESS, RETURNED MAIL, LOST PACKAGES

The shipping information is the customers responsibility - please review all details before proceeding with purchase. If this has occurred please contact within first 24 hours and we can try to rectify this before it is shipped out - however keep in mind this is at our discretion as some items can leave the very same day thus Verity The Label will not be held accountable for incorrect address delivery.

Any packages returned to Verity The Label can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

Packages marked as delivered, but “not received,” are the customer’s responsibility to locate with Australia Post/Courier.

Verity The Label is not liable to issue refunds on lost packages - refer to Australia Post/Courier.
